Recovery Disclosures

Operational Disclosures & Recovery Estimate Framework  ·  MusiGod Publishing Administration Platform

Important: Recovery Estimates Are Projections, Not Guarantees

All recovery estimates, projected amounts, identified leakage figures, and analytical outputs presented by MusiGod are probabilistic projections based on catalog analysis and historical benchmarks.

MusiGod does not guarantee the recovery of any specific amount. Actual recoveries may differ materially from any estimate presented. Third-party collection societies control the verification, calculation, and distribution of royalty payments.

1. Recovery Estimate Disclosures

All recovery figures displayed throughout MusiGod's platform carry the following disclosures:

Estimate Basis

Recovery estimates are analytical projections only.

Actual recoveries may differ materially. Estimates are based on catalog metadata analysis, PRO data, and historical recovery benchmarks. They do not constitute commitments, guarantees, or representations of actual future payments.

No Guarantee

MusiGod does not guarantee recovery of any specific amount.

Recovery outcomes depend on catalog registration history, society membership status, metadata quality, third-party verification decisions, and territory-specific distribution policies — all factors outside MusiGod's control.

Third-Party Control

Third-party collection societies control final payment timing and amounts.

Societies including ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, SoundExchange, HFA, The MLC, and international affiliates operate on independent schedules. MusiGod does not control distribution cycles, retroactive eligibility decisions, or payment amounts issued by any society.

Documentation Dependency

Additional documentation may materially alter estimates.

Recovery estimates assume complete, accurate, and consistent catalog metadata. Missing copyright registrations, inconsistent PRO data, absent split sheets, or incomplete publishing history may reduce estimated recovery amounts. Documentation review may revise estimates upward or downward.

Timeline Uncertainty

Recovery timelines are estimates only.

Domestic recoveries typically complete within 90–180 days. International recoveries may require 6–24 months. Timeline variability depends on society processing cycles, sub-publisher onboarding requirements, and territory-specific distribution schedules.

2. Operational Disclosures

The following disclosures apply to all recovery operations conducted through MusiGod:

Timeline

Recovery timelines vary by territory.

Collection society processing times vary significantly by territory and registration type. MusiGod will provide status updates as information is received from each society. Timeline projections are estimates and are not binding commitments.

International

International collections may require sub-publisher onboarding.

Recovery of royalties from international collection societies may require engagement of sub-publishers or affiliate representation. These relationships introduce additional timelines and may involve separate fee structures, which will be disclosed prior to engagement.

Documentation

Missing documentation may reduce recovery probability.

Incomplete catalog metadata, missing copyright registrations, or absent mechanical licenses may materially reduce estimated recovery amounts. MusiGod's analysis assumes complete and accurate documentation submission. Prompt document submission significantly improves recovery outcomes.

Metadata

Metadata inconsistencies may impact recovery success.

Variations in artist name, publisher name, ISRC, ISWC, or catalog title across registration systems may prevent automated matching by collection societies. MusiGod will flag and attempt to resolve inconsistencies as part of the audit process.

Verification

Third-party society verification delays may occur.

Collection societies operate on independent schedules and verification processes outside MusiGod's control. Verification queues, audit cycles, and distribution windows vary by society. MusiGod will provide status updates as information becomes available.

3. Fee Disclosures

MusiGod's fee structures are disclosed at the point of transaction and in the Publishing Administration Agreement. Key disclosures:
