MusiGod is a Publishing Administrator — not a record label, not a publisher, and not a distributor. MusiGod provides royalty recovery, rights registration, catalog administration, and publishing infrastructure services on behalf of artists and rights holders.
Artists retain 100% ownership of their copyrights, master recordings, and publishing rights at all times. MusiGod acts as a limited agent solely for the purpose of royalty administration, recovery operations, and rights registrations as explicitly authorized.
MusiGod may provide any combination of the following services based on your subscription tier and signed agreements:
Any figures labeled "estimated recovery," "projected recovery," "identified leakage," or similar terminology represent probabilistic outputs of MusiGod's analytical systems. These figures:
MusiGod charges fees as follows:
All fees are disclosed at the point of transaction. Additional fees for specialized services (sub-publisher onboarding, international representation) will be disclosed separately prior to engagement.
By using MusiGod, you agree to:
MusiGod's ability to recover royalties on your behalf is directly dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Inaccurate metadata may reduce or eliminate recovery probability and does not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees.
You are responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of all documents submitted to MusiGod, including royalty statements, copyright registrations, split sheets, and publishing agreements. By submitting documents, you represent and warrant that you have the right to share them and that they are authentic. MusiGod may rely on submitted documents without independent verification.
MusiGod works with domestic and international collection societies including but not limited to ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, SoundExchange, HFA, MLC, and various international affiliates. These societies operate independently and are not affiliated with MusiGod. Society decisions regarding royalty eligibility, amounts, and payment timing are final and outside MusiGod's control.
You retain full ownership of all copyrights, master recordings, and publishing rights. MusiGod's limited power of attorney is granted solely for the purpose of royalty administration as described in your Publishing Administration Agreement and is revocable per the terms of that agreement.
MusiGod's platform, software, methodologies, audit algorithms, and analytical frameworks are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of MusiGod.
Your use of MusiGod is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and process your information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MUSIGOD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF ROYALTIES, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF MUSIGOD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
MusiGod's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total subscription fees paid by you to MusiGod in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) $500.00.
MusiGod is not liable for delays, failures, or reduced recovery outcomes caused by third-party collection societies, government action, force majeure events, or inaccurate information provided by you.
You may not use MusiGod to:
Either party may terminate services per the terms of the signed Publishing Administration Agreement. MusiGod may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, including submission of fraudulent information.
Upon termination, MusiGod retains signed agreements and recovery records per our Document Retention Policy. Recovery cases in progress at the time of termination will be resolved per the terms of your signed agreement.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of MusiGod shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Detroit, Michigan. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Class action claims are expressly waived.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
MusiGod may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
