Your data is used only to administer your publishing rights and recover your royalties. MusiGod does not sell personal data. We do not use your catalog information for any purpose other than the services you have authorized.

1. Who We Are

MusiGod is a publishing administration platform operated from Detroit, Michigan. We provide royalty recovery, rights registration, and catalog administration services for independent artists and rights holders.

This Privacy Policy applies to all data collected through musigod.com, the artist portal, the rights audit flow, the registration process, and all associated administrative workflows.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

5. Uploaded Documents and Statements

Documents you upload are stored in our secure database (Supabase) and are accessible only to MusiGod staff authorized to work on your account. Documents are used exclusively to:

When you sign an agreement or accept terms through the platform, we record:

7. Audit Findings and Recovery Intelligence

MusiGod generates analytical outputs including audit scores, royalty leakage estimates, recovery probability scores, and recommended actions. These outputs are derived from your catalog data using our internal algorithms. They are:

9. Your Rights

Subject to our document retention requirements and legal hold obligations, you have the right to:

10. Operational Audit Logs

MusiGod maintains an immutable operational audit log of key platform events including agreement signatures, authorization grants, terms acceptances, and administrative actions. These logs exist to protect both you and MusiGod in the event of disputes and cannot be modified or deleted by any party.

11. IP Address Collection

IP addresses are collected at the following events: registration, login, agreement signing, terms acceptance, and payment initiation. IP data is retained for 1 year for security purposes. At agreement signing, IP data is included in the signature record and retained for the duration of the agreement retention period.

12. Security

MusiGod employs industry-standard security practices including encrypted data storage (Supabase encryption at rest), HTTPS-only data transmission, API key authentication, and role-based access controls. We conduct periodic security reviews of our infrastructure.

No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

13. Children's Privacy

MusiGod is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
