MusiGod is a publishing administration platform operated from Detroit, Michigan. We provide royalty recovery, rights registration, and catalog administration services for independent artists and rights holders.
This Privacy Policy applies to all data collected through musigod.com, the artist portal, the rights audit flow, the registration process, and all associated administrative workflows.

MusiGod maintains an immutable operational audit log of key platform events including agreement signatures, authorization grants, terms acceptances, and administrative actions. These logs exist to protect both you and MusiGod in the event of disputes and cannot be modified or deleted by any party.
IP addresses are collected at the following events: registration, login, agreement signing, terms acceptance, and payment initiation. IP data is retained for 1 year for security purposes. At agreement signing, IP data is included in the signature record and retained for the duration of the agreement retention period.
MusiGod employs industry-standard security practices including encrypted data storage (Supabase encryption at rest), HTTPS-only data transmission, API key authentication, and role-based access controls. We conduct periodic security reviews of our infrastructure.
No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
MusiGod is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
