Data Retention Policy

Document Retention Schedule & Legal Hold Framework  ·  MusiGod Publishing Administration Platform

1. Overview

MusiGod retains data for the minimum period necessary to fulfill legal, contractual, and operational obligations. Retention periods are determined by applicable law, contractual commitments, and the operational necessity of maintaining accurate recovery records.

Deletion requests cannot override legal retention requirements, active legal holds, or open recovery case obligations. We will inform you of any applicable restrictions when processing a deletion request.

MusiGod may place a legal hold on any data category where litigation, regulatory inquiry, or active dispute makes deletion inadvisable. Legal holds override standard retention schedules and deletion requests. We will notify affected artists when a legal hold is placed or lifted on their data where required by applicable law.

4. Immutable Records

The following records are immutable and cannot be modified or deleted by any party, including MusiGod staff:

Immutability is enforced at the infrastructure level and exists to protect both artists and MusiGod in the event of disputes.

5. Deletion Requests

To request deletion of eligible data, contact us at support@musigod.com with subject line: DATA DELETION REQUEST — [Your Name]

We will review your request within 30 days and inform you of the outcome, including any portions of your request that cannot be fulfilled due to legal retention requirements.
