MusiGod Publishing Administration ("MusiGod") will act as your non-exclusive publishing administrator. You retain 100% ownership of all copyrights in your musical compositions.
MusiGod will register your works with applicable Performing Rights Organizations (PROs), collect royalties on your behalf, and remit collected royalties minus the agreed service fee.
Service Fee: Monthly subscription as selected + 15% of retroactively recovered royalties only. No fee on prospective royalties collected during the subscription period.
Term: Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. MusiGod will continue administering already-registered works through the current billing period.
Rights: Artist retains all copyrights. MusiGod receives no ownership interest in any compositions. This is an administrative services agreement only.
